Fill in the information on the front of the label with a permanent marker or laser printer.

Separate at perforation.

On the back of the label peel off the top and bottom 1/2” protective strips

Place the label at your desired location.

When your event is over, remove label at sides and throw away - YOU’RE DONE !!
